Security personnel very rude

Very very grumpy security agents. They assumed the way they did things was how it was done everywhere. For example, for TSA pre-check, at most airports you go through a separate security area. Here, it was combined and they gave you a laminated red card that said TSA pre-check (even tho it was on my boarding pass) but did not say whether to put it in the box with your stuff you sent through or to carry it through on my body. I was yelled at for not knowing this and they said, how do you think we will know you are pre-check? They were rude to all and expected us to respect their authority. I imagine their boss must be very mean to have employees that all are so sour!

Get there early. they have long TSA lines and crowded lobby

No visible ride share directions

Perhaps it’s still new but it doesn’t help passengers who are sleep deprived and disoriented

Expensive , lots of traffic to and from
